New windows and doors improve comfort, cut energy bills and add long-term value to your home. Westlight Windows Dallas pairs proven product lines with our own installing crews for lasting performance - and a price we put in writing.
Choose your installer
The unit is half the job - the install is the other half. Our own background-checked crews measure, set, seal and insulate every opening, and they know the lines we quote inside and out because they install them every week.

Meet the Dallas Team Behind Westlight Windows Dallas
We’re the crew that answers when you call Westlight Windows Dallas. Most of us have been hanging windows and swinging doors in North Texas long enough to know which side of a house the afternoon sun punishes hardest. Owen Satterfield built this team one person at a time since 2009, and we still operate as an independently owned and operated Kingswell location. What unites us is simple: we show up on time, say the price before the work starts, and leave your house cleaner than we found it. Every single one of us signs off on the 365-Day Done Right Promise before we touch a window.
Our People
Owen Satterfield, Owner
Owen started Westlight Windows Dallas in 2009 after spending a decade in the field as an installer. He named the company after west light, the late-afternoon sun that pours through a good window, bright, warm, and worth doing right. Owen still walks job sites across Dallas every week, and he’s the one who reviews the written guarantee on every project before it’s handed to a customer. When he’s not checking flashing details in Lakewood or quoting a full-home replacement in Preston Hollow, he’s likely talking glass specs with a manufacturer rep. His rule for the crew is the same one he’s had since day one: if we wouldn’t put it in our own house, we don’t put it in yours.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been with Westlight for nine years, and he’s installed more impact-rated PGT windows than anyone else on the crew. He holds manufacturer certifications for PGT and CGI storm-rated lines, which matters in Dallas when a spring hailstorm blows through and someone needs a window measured, ordered, and set right the first time. Marcus is the guy who trains new installers on the Kingswell Guarantee’s clean-job-site standard, and he’s been known to vacuum a room twice just to prove a point. On weekends, he coaches youth soccer in Richardson. If you see a white truck at your curb and a guy walking your fence line with a tape measure and a notepad, that’s Marcus doing what he does.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena came to window installation through finish carpentry, which is why her trim work around new ECO Window Systems units looks like it grew there. She’s been with Westlight Windows Dallas for six years and specializes in older homes, the kind with settled frames and non-standard rough openings that make big-box retrofit kits worthless. Elena led installations on a half-dozen homes in Oak Cliff last summer, all with low-e glass, a thin coating that reflects heat back into the room in winter and out in summer. She keeps a small spiral notebook in her truck with measurements from every job she’s done since 2018. Ask her why, and she’ll tell you: the day you trust a memory over a tape measure is the day a window goes in crooked.
Dana K., Service Coordinator
Dana is the voice you hear when you call Westlight Windows Dallas at (361) 441-0865, any hour, any day. She’s been dispatching crews and scheduling estimates since 2017, and she knows the difference between a window that needs adjusting and one that needs replacing. Dana keeps the team’s committed arrival windows honest, which is harder than it sounds in Dallas traffic. She’s also the one who walks you through your written price over the phone before a technician ever parks at your house. Dana grew up in Mesquite and still says she can tell a PGT from a CGI by the color of the frame from across a room. We haven’t proven her wrong yet.
One Standard, Every Job
Every Westlight Windows Dallas project runs on the Kingswell Way, the same five promises across every independently owned and operated Kingswell location in the network. We say the price before the work. We show up in the window we gave you. We leave the place cleaner than we found it. We put the guarantee in writing, every time, no exceptions. And if something fails during the 365-Day Done Right Promise period, we come back and fix it at no charge. There’s no negotiating a return visit, no arguing about who’s responsible, no revised invoice at the door. That’s the standard Marcus, Elena, Dana, and Owen all work under, and it’s the standard you’ll see in the written guarantee handed to you when the job is done. It’s not a sales pitch. It’s just how we do it.
